Based upon years of experience in the construction of a wide variety of facilities, our estimating staff has developed a tremendous database of historical and present material and labor costs. Based on a limited amount of input we are capable of producing a very detailed and accurate budget projection. This information is critical to evaluating the various building systems and materials available as well as evaluating project budgets.

SITE ANALYSIS
Before purchasing a site, it is important to have a full understanding of exactly what it is being purchased and how much it will cost to prepare one site for construction versus others under consideration. Using our state-of-the-art computerized digitizing equipment, we can very quickly and precisely analyze a site and project the exact quantities of earth that must be moved to accommodate a specific building pad, associated parking and drives. The cost of performing the required earthwork can be substantial and vary greatly from one site to another. These costs should be one of the major variables considered when selecting a site.
 
PROGRAM SCHEDULING
